Clients typically do not need any specialized software for online art therapy sessions—just a stable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone. As for materials, I will suggest basic art supplies that you may already have at home, such as paper, pencils, markers, paints, or pastels. If a specific project requires additional materials, I will discuss this in advance. The goal is to keep the process accessible and flexible, ensuring that you can engage fully in the therapeutic experience without the need for extensive or expensive supplies.
